"Thus far I have been treating nine patients for my clinical supervision and have been procrastinating in getting the final patient. The reason is that I wanted to take a child with challenges.
Well, tonight after reading segments of your book, I finally got enough courage to phone the mother of a child who has been diagnosed with PDD. This child also belongs to the principal of my daughter's school, and he is three. He is on anti-biotics every three weeks for sinusitis, he bites, hits and throws tantrums every night. He also is on sleeping pills at night and still does not sleep through the night.
I must say I was very nervous to call to talk with the mother to discuss treatment, but your book just said "do it already!" I will send her a copy of your book tomorrow along with all the information I have. She says she is skeptical, but is willing to try anything."
